Patient Financing

If your surgery is of a reconstructive nature or deemed medically necessary, it may be covered by insurance.  A copy of your insurance ID card will be made at your initial office visit, and it is essential to keep the office informed of any changes or updates to your insurance.  If surgery is recommended by your physician, a letter of prior authorization will be sent to your insurance company and approval must be obtained before surgery can be scheduled.

If you are considering cosmetic surgery, a patient coordinator will meet with you at your initial consultation to discuss the cost of surgery and the scheduling process.  The coordinators are available to meet with you privately at any point in the preoperative process to provide the specific information you desire.  This is their area of expertise and they will work with you to find the program or plan that best meets your needs.

Any consultation fees and co payments are due at the time of your initial office visit, and all surgical fees and deductibles are collected at your preoperative history and physical, which is usually 1-2 weeks prior to your surgery.  In some cases, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure a surgery scheduling date.  We do not handle any in house financing however Care Credit patient financing (www.carecredit.com) is available and information about this service is available in our offices
